The Internet is considered to be the most convenient invention of the mankind; however, it is not always used to good purpose. The terrorists have already developed the system how to make their lives easier due to the Internet. It helps them to make the bookings, recruit the new followers, transfer money and hack the state service websites. To intimidate people and government, the terrorists post the chilling photos of their victims' executions and beheadings; the Internet resources keep being the most effective tool used by the terrorists against the civilians.
